This gracious home can accommodate up to 10 people, is divided into two independent properties, and is situated close to the main house, Villa Ugo.
Villa Nello is located at the highest point of the estate, 300 meters away from the main Villa of the Sabatini family. It has been carefully restored to preserve its Tuscan characteristics, including the ancient terracotta floors, the wooden beams, and the stone stairs.
The wood-burning oven of the house dates back to 1781, the year this ancient family home was built. Guests can enjoy exclusive outdoor areas and a private swimming pool.
The surface area of the building is 156 square meters and is spread out out over three floors. It can host up to 9 people, 8 in the main house and 1 in a small and comfortable guest house. A large stone fireplace welcomes you in the entrance, leading on to a spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances and a sufficient number of dishes and cutlery for all guests. A laundry room and coatroom are also situated on the ground floor.
This unique home has a stone staircase that leads to the second floor, with its living room and two bedrooms, independently accessible via a small veranda. The third floor has two master bedrooms, which are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Nello has a beautiful stone terrace that looks out over the peaceful and serene Val di Chiana. The terrace includes a wrought iron table that seats 12 people and a barbecue for you to enjoy during your stay.
This house also includes a large swimming pool (3.5m x 7.5m), which is located in one of the terraced olive groves not far from the Villa and which guests like to call "heaven on earth.''
