Accessible only to our guests, this is where we offer tastings and a range of events related to the world of mixology.
This is by far the best place to get to know our favorite creation: Sabatini Gin, a distillate that’s truly "made in Tuscany." Its nine botanicals, grown and harvested at Villa Ugo and in the surrounding area, are used to craft a London Dry Gin that is a genuine and superb expression of our terroir.
