Casa Liliana is located near the Sabatini family Villa and shares the same breathtaking view of Valdichiana, a beautiful part of Tuscany. A private garden and 8x13 swimming pool are available to guests.

Villa Liliana has been restored in full respect of the classic Tuscan style and consists of two completely independent apartments with separate entrances, not rentable separately. The larger one, arranged over two floors, can accommodate 6 people, while the other one, on the first floor, can accommodate 4 people. Both apartments are equipped with all modern comforts.

Large apartment

The large apartment is 142 square meters. It has a spacious entrance that leads to the living room, its gracious fireplace, and to a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen, built around a wood-burning oven that dates back to 1800, is spacious and modern, with all modern appliances and a sufficient number of dishes and cutlery for guests.

The French windows of the living room lead on to a panoramic, elegantly furnished terrace. The second floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms that look out over the Val di Chiana.

Small Apartment

The smaller apartment is on the second floor, measures 112 square meters, and is accessible by an outdoor stone staircase with a small covered terrace. It has two spacious sitting rooms, one with a fireplace and the second to be used as a dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and linked to the dining room. The apartment includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two twin beds), both of which have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
